Sharper, Stronger Needles

Meril Sutures come with sharper and stronger needles (300 series stainless steel) specifically designed to meet the ever growing needs in all surgical procedures
Every Meril needle is swaged using Multi Stroke Technology (MST) and tested for a needle pull check. Meril’s needles come with a high penetration coating and a square body design for a firm grip
Non-absorbable Sutures
Five non-absorbable suture brands manufactured by Meril
Filasilk™ – Silk
Filasilk™ is a non-absorbable braided and coated suture, made of natural silk filaments. Filasilk™ is basically indicated for applications where a surgical practice is to employ non-absorbable suture material. Filasilk™ is available in black
